Did anyone every stop to think, maybe we are the aliens....

I was planing on writing something deep and profound this morning, but after watching SNL last night I was inspired. I have attached two videos for your viewing enjoyment, followed by commentary.

My favorite part of this performance was the freaking awesome background dancers, I wish I could dress up in silver spandex and do the robot for a living. Seriously, that would be awesome.

BODY PAINT AWESOMENESS!!! that is all

I would just like to say I understand why you put her on the show, the writers were getting tired of making ridiculous parodies and so they picked one that does not allow you to get any more ridiculous. Good work SNL you found someone that pretty much makes fun of themselves!

Quote of the Day:
The world is my lobster.
~Henry J. Tillman

I found this while searching for amazingly profound quotes. I am not quite sure what it means, it could be amazingly profound, I don't really know. Regardless of its ambiguous meaning this quote and I bonded, and I feel obligated to share it with you. I also feel slightly obligated to make an attempt at giving this quote meaning, so here goes....

Definitions:

(1) The world is red.

(2) The world is black until you boil it, and then it is red.

(3) The world tastes good and I enjoy eating it.

(4) The world is an over priced idem on a menu.

(5) The world has claws and tries to pinch me, so I restrain it with rubber-bands.

(6) The world lives in the ocean.

(7) The world is better when accompanied by wine.

(8) I like to put the world in my mouth.

(9) The world is not quite the same unless you are eating it with a bib on.

(10) The world tastes good with lemon.

I hope I was able to shed some light on this incredibly deep quote. This quote moved me, it hope it did the same for you.

Quote of the Day:
"This book fills a much-needed gap."
~Moses Hadas

First of all I would like to state that I have no idea which book the quote above is talking about, but I can tell you this much, it's not Twilight. However Twilight is a book, and this quote is about a book and personally I think the connection is funny.... but then again I am weird.

Twilight Fans this is for you:

You're welcome!

Ladies remember, just because he is cute does not make it ok.

Attention!

This post failed because the picture didn't work, however I thought it was funny so instead of deleting it like I should I am going to explain. The picture was making fun of how Edward would watch Bella as she slept, and how it was a stalkerish thing to do.

Quote of the day:
"Only dull people are brilliant at breakfast"
~Oscar Wild

so I was reading an artical titled "5 Surprising Signs You're Sleep Deprived" and surprising sign number 5 is......

You've become a klutz

One moment you're brewing a cup of afternoon tea and the next thing you know, you've spilled it all over your new dress. Researchers have accumulated ample evidence that the sleep deprived have slower and less precise motor skills, but exactly why isn't yet known, says Clete Kushida, M.D., Ph.D., director of Stanford University Center for Human Sleep Research. Sleepy people may be clumsier for several reasons: Impaired reflexes and a lack of focus may make it hard for them to react quickly enough to things that spring up in their path. Another possibility: Sleepiness throws off balance or depth perception. In any case, it's not uncommon for very sleepy people to black out momentarily when the body's urge to sleep gets too strong. So it's possible that your klutziness stems from "microsleeps" that last for a second or two, Kushida says—just long enough to trip on the curb or drop a glass.

I feel like this is the story of my life.... and am now quite excited to have something to blame my clumsiness on. So next time you see me trip up the stairs or spill my beverage just tell me to go to bed early.
